The brief
A two-townhouse development with owner-supplied plans, crafted for modern living. The design incorporated decorative metal cladding, natural timber cladding elements and personalised touches including an owner-supplied fireplace and timber flooring.
The approach
Following a referral from the building designer, the project progressed smoothly through pre-construction, contracts and permits. The build involved careful coordination of a significant structural steel package, owner-led pool works during early construction and the removal of a boundary fence to facilitate garage construction while working closely with the neighbouring property.
The outcome
A remarkably resolved dual occupancy project, delivered within the contract timeline through thoughtful planning and collaboration. Defined by modern finishes, natural textures and signature details, the two residences were brought to life with a balance of form, function and finesse.
